This is crap hotel with poorest possible customer service. There helpline doesn't connect. Overall waste of money & time. They should train their staff to attend calls and respect customers.

Didn't stay in the hotel but ate in their restaurant and I'd say less than average. The food was nowhere near as tasty as the prices promised and the quantity nowhere near justified the quality or the money spent. The ambience is no doubt good and the staff is polite. Don't know about the hotel stay though. Might be good.

Good food and courteous staff is first thing when wxyz comes in mind. Interiors of the restaurant is soothing and adds colours to the taste nd mood.

Hi, We had often seen Aloft Hotel (4 Star) from highway so, for a get together of friends we arranged our dinner (deal brought from Trideal).  From the starting things did not happened as expected and as a result we did not have a poor experience but ULTRA POOR experience at this place.  Details of the same are as under:  Pros: 1. On Delhi-Chd Highway 2. Good Ambiance. 3. Ample parking space 4. Trip Advisor rating. Cons: 1. Drinking Water not served. 2. No napkins (either Paper or fabric) 3. Cutlery kept on request after serving of starters. 4. Careless waiters with not so positive attitude. 5. Plates not changed for dinner after serving starters . 6. Taste of food below average.  7. Items to be served not specified by waiters, quantity of of main course was too less for 4 people although Rotis were unlimited.   8. Feedback form had no place for complaint or suggestion even Quality/service had to be marked Excellent/Good/Average.  In a nutshell, going to the Hotel for a dinner was akin to insult to the guests and embarrassment for host. On a whole this place can be and should be avoided. Regards Karun
