I visited four times till date in this place. The food they offere is very tasty . The buffet rates are also not much high. The service here is very good . Ambience Takes extra point also . Love this place and will come here again. In buffet - menu is different varieties of salad, soup, daal , one paneer sabzi, and one more sabzi which is seasonal ( matar mushroom when I visited) rice, two varieties of dessert ( seviyan kheer) and strawberry ice cream in my case) everyone was tasty ) chowmein and munchurian in starter) and also non veg for non vegetarians which I didn't choose for me. I deduct only one point for starters . I mean if they start to take extra money for snacks and offer this place will perfect including all the courses - starters main course and desserts. Recommend this place , please visit once atleast.

Very nice and peaceful place.. very reasonable on your pocket.. buffet rates are very reasonable.. also they offer great discounts on al a carte. Food was tasty.. they offered a good variety of salads also.. above all, jalebi was the master stroke.. highly recommended place.. wud love to visit again

Strategic location, good ambience and their food is very good. Being a frequent visitor i can say that there recipes and services have been very consistent. Dahi ke kebab and crispy lemon fish are highly recommended...!!

Best Western's restaurant had been on my wish list since long, and the only reason why I wanted to travel all the way from Mohali to dine here with my family was the terrace seating. Everytime I planned to visit this place, some other and a better option came up and finally almost when we got a chance to dine here on Valentine's day (considering the rooftop seating would be quite romantic), the reservation guy denied that they can only serve drinks and snacks on terrace, since the food would get cold. We had to agree with him since we have had a similar experience at The Cove. Finally when we ended up dining here, it was not really a good season for outdoor dining, hence we settled with the only restaurant they had in operation. Surprised to see that they serve buffet too, we prefered opting for the same. Most of the customers were the hotel guests and not many locals turned up, probably because of its odd and far location. Their buffet consists of only multi-cuisine main course. Although they dont serve starters, which is the main reason why many of us opt for buffets, yet the live pasta, lasagne and Chinese main course won't leave room for disappointment. The live pasta in particular, both red and white, is made wholeheartedly and one of the best that I ever had in a buffet. Lasagne, though scantily filled with vegetables under starchy sheets and practically without a trace of cheese, is quite satisfactory. The Chinese main course, consist of not too greasy average tasting noodles and one mains dish made in not too spicy sauce. The Indian main course consists of a good set of options, yet this part of the buffet fails to succeed for a second serving, most of the dishes have a lot of salt in it which causes an irritation to the palate. After the pasta, it was only the desserts that gave me another reason to give this place a better rating than below average, particularly the home-style Gulab jamuns and the soft mushy apple pie squares. I may not visit this place again for a special occasion or celebration, but I can definitely count on this for a satisfactory meal when I am in or around Zirakpur.

We had arranged our office party on the roof of this hotel. They had beautifully decorated it. The dj was also good .coming to the food it was just normal ..average.they served 4 snacks paneer, chilly cauliflower , dahi tikki and one more. Veg soup was good . The dinner was average . The best thing about the place was the roof coz one can see the entire highway with beautiful lights all around. Also its utterly serene to watch the beauty of the city. Had a good time.
