Beautiful rooms but poor food qulity and room service is so poor. Kindly imrove your food quality and service quality .front office manager MR sandeep is very helpful and professional

Stay at aloft a gave so much expectations but the food at dot yum was not upto mark. Morning breakfast any item in the menu kust gave a just eat something and go feeling and didnt make any taste quotient. Being a 4 star the really could improve the F&B. Price : 4/5 VFM : 2/5 AMBIENCE : 4/5 SERVICE : 2.5/5 FOOD :2/5

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I am a frequent traveller and have stayed in many hotels.. But Aloft Chandigarh is one of the worst you can stay at. The attitude of the staff are so bad that we feel why are we even here. The staff doesn't know how to treat their guests properly. I have been to other hotels of Aloft, but this is bad. Considering food, it's BAD. I don't feel like giving even 1 for this hotel.

Aloft...name sounds so good.... But their food, ahhh....bad bad bad...starting with the snacks... I haven't eaten such bad roasted corns ever...manchurian bad...spring rolls. Thik layering... Paneer tikka bad....in short..snacks were disastrous... Coming to food. i actually liked their biriyani and dal makhni..so one-up there, other things like palak corn, kadhai paneer, mix veg were not up to the mark but eatable. Salads were not good... Sprout salad had raw pulses, it wasn't even sprouted, just soaked and served to break our teeth. Coming to desserts, butterscotch cream was good but the guy was serving like a micro mini scoop of it...moong dal halwa needed to be roasted a bit more, with some more ghee and sugar. Gulabjamun was good... In short not an experience worth revisiting. Ps: i liked the fact that they had some bord games and snookers to play in waiting area.

Rating to the the hotel this much is for staff and ambience only food quality is zero literally zero according to what we are paying to them . rooms are also good as my frns being der BT but I HV tried D food it is zero .
