Dear Team I am writing to you to show my gratitude towards your establishment for hosting a really memorable dining experience for me and 2 of my friends on 11th of August @ 18:30 hrs. I would particularly like to appreciate the service standards of Mr. Hasan who was waiting our table that evening. Mr. Hasan not only made us comfortable with his pleasant smile n friendly approach but also took special care about our food preferences n suggested a few dishes that we were glad to try. He was really having through knowlegde about the food which was on offer n also checked wid us about our spice tolerance and adjusted it as per our taste. All in all it was an amazing experience n once again a big heartiest thanks to Mr. Hasan.

Barbeque Nation in Vizag hasn’t compromised with its quality in this outlet also. My server Manish Sharma put his best effort to put smile on face of my family. Barbeque Greek week special was good.

Dear all, This is to make you aware of the horrendous experience at Barbeque Nation Vizag on the eve of 3rd of August. I will list out each of them in following manner :- 1. We had pre booked our tables. We were already aware of their busy. Yet made to wait for about 15 mins. 2. Table manager Hemanth and one more person had no concern about us. He was absolutely lost the entire time. We repeatedly called out for him but he ignored it the entire time. 3. Table server Narul Hassan had the audacity to answer back when we had requested to bring in more prawns instead of other meats and have the chef prepare it a little less spicy. I was very embarrassed in front of my collegue as he responded in an insultating manner stating that he can't bring it on the table as it was busy and difficult to separate the kababs.  4. We were not served for about twenty minutes. I have attached picture for the reference.  5. Lastly, the Branch Manager. Not sure what his name was, but he did something that was not at all acceptable. When we decided to walk out of the diner. He winked at Hemanth, which sent out a message that was more like "Jaane de, chalta hai." I was enraged by this act. When I took him out for a conversation he couldn't seem to care much. We insisted on paying the bill while he kept saying no. But I pushed so that I could have a proof of our visit. I still paid for one. I have never experienced such a horrible visit at any Barbeque Nation across the country. I am from Pune and have loved the experience at all three barbeque nation. Our table never goes empty. The chef personally comes to ask for the taste. I request you to please look into this. Vizag BbqN doesn't have a standard and no SOP is followed.  Not charging the customer is not a solution for bad experience. I wish they understand that. I will provide a review on Zomato as I am a level 6 reviewer. Hope you respond. So now, I will review the food. The flagship dish, Cajun Potato was raw and I could actually feel the peel was undercooked. The creaming was bad. This happens to be my favourite btw. Now the prawns, it was badly marrinated and all of it was quite raw. Over grilling was leading to a burnt taste. Too spicy. This was all I could have and could taste. Sabld we could not go on to the main course. Nothing special about the Greek Food fest. I have personally been to African, Mango etc feasts at BBN. Please find attached the bill copy and pictures. Wonderful experience..barbeque nation is one of the best restaurant... Specially straters are awesome.... Hospitality is simply super.....price is little bit high ... Fully worth for food lovers

For those who are yet to visit this chain of restaurants, this a great place if you like kebabs. They have an amazing veg and non vegetarian spread. It is a unique experience as they set up a grill on your table so you get an opportunity to have hot and juicy kebabs right off the grill. This is accompanied by a lavish buffet too. And their desserts take the dining experience to next level. "Pan Kulfi" is a must try. Everything is unlimited and they have a discounted rate for early birds. Make sure you reserve a table before you go. For those who frequent this place: I have visited outlets in other cities, but this continues to be my favourite. They have never disappointed with the good. The staff were very welcoming and constantly take feedback on food. They ask you to try everything and your grill is never empty. It's a truly 5 Star experience
