Last week I ordered BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE for my moms birthday online. It looks delicious. But it does not taste that great. This was the first time I was ordering cake from hangout so I thot its ok. But yesterday I went to Viviana mall and walked into the store and got RED MAGIC CAKE (Red velvet cheese cake). But it was worst cake of my life. Tastes really yuck. Gave it to my maid. Dont know whether she ate it or threw it away. Also swipe machine at the store did not work. I ordered another from brownie point which is really good in taste. Please avoid hang out cakes cuz I have faced quality issues twice in the same week. Read reviews here later where most of them are negative. Suggestion is never ever buy from here.

Saw the drop down of Hangout cakes and more in the mall. Was very excited to visit the outlet. Hangout fulfilled my excitement with the delicious Rainbow pastry and Ferrero Rocher pastry. Even cookies and cream Brownie was fresh and delicious. Surely recommended for any celebrations. Even attractive chocolate bouquets and boxes for gifting..... I loved the get your own bag concept , very environmental friendly.

I had a pastry last Sunday. It was not worth the cost. The staff was very rude. He was crying to give a extra spoon saying we only give one spoon. So unprofessional when they are in a food business. I would not recommend hangout cake shop in Viviana Mall. If you want to share a pastry with 2 or 3 people..without a extra spoon it is not possible. Try some other cake outlets where they really consider Customer as king and Don't act so cheap like the staff of Hangout...

They call themselves a deservefull outlet and try to compete between the international brands and much better brands around and due to plastic ban they started giving me an attitude of no carry bags mahn the Bhatji Wala in Mumbai keep a cloth bad why can’t a branded cake shop afford and charge the customer instead of causing inconvenience and specially being your loyal customer and I had to find a solution myself and get a bag arranged from MOD that is their competitor and I appreciate Mr. Stalin and Mr. Krishna on getting me the bag arranged from MOD and I would like to apologise these two gentlemen for being a bit rude Thank you .

Hangout - Cakes are amazing, delicious you can't go wrong. It's a perfect gift to wish someone special. It's economical, with good variety of cakes. Black forest and Pineapple are my favourite. It's a place to satisfy anybody's sweet tooth.
