Well I had the Original White Falafel with Pita from this outlet not quite long ago and I would like to state that the Falafel was quite mediocre in taste and also this particular outlet was quite rude while taking the order. The outlet person was reluctant to take the order, and kept repeatedly stating that I should not be ordering this specific item since it's out of stock and he will not be able to adhere to the request. The online menu clearly showed the item was available and there wasn't any such prior notification from the restaurant. Also today ie 9th August,2018 , I had planned to order the Firecracker Chicken White Pita Falafel and after placing the order online, I was informed after 10 mins that the particular item was also not available. Sadly I had to cancel the order due to the same inconvenience. I think this particular outlet is a complete sham and should surely forego the online ordering platforms. The staff is not friendly at all and neither are they interested in serving customers as per the need and preferences. After this horrible experience with the last two orders, I have decided to boycott this outlet as I am sure there are definitely way better outlets selling better quality Falafels and that too with a smile ! Everytime I have I love it... Best Short Tummy Filly Meal to have while shopping in Mall... Overload with hummus, sauces & veggies. Original, BBQ & Firecracker Falafels’s are good in taste... in whole wheat pita... Shawarma ok to have...

Not the best Falafel’s kiosk I’d say. I’ve liked their other kiosks better. Even the staff wasn’t interested in serving. I ordered a chicken shawarma and a side of veg falafel. The falafels were actually quite good but the chicken shawarma was really bad. Hence the low rating.

Its been shifted to Viviana Mall and its awesome. Super lebanese food. The Original Falafel is really tasty with the hummus. The pita bread pocket is soft and yet well done. Its a small joint at Vivianas Food Court on the 2nd Floor, right near the atm machines. Well prized and plenty of sitting place at the mall food court itself.

We had Spicy Shishtaouk Chicken Shawarma and Pink Lemonade.Both were good.Spicy Shishtaouk Chicken shawarma costs 210 INR on normal days except tuesdays.On tuesday you get any shawarma at 99 INR.Taste is something different and good.Grilled Turkish chicken, pickled veggies, Hummus and spicy sauce rolled with pita bread😍😍.Shawarma lovers must try this.Cranberry flavoured pink lemonade was also good.I would suggest Falafels(viviana mall) to start shawarma pizza in outlet as it is not available here.
