Very bad property.. guest teken service charge but do not pay service charge to any staff...management is very bad in entire Pune ... Mgr James Sunny giveing very rude behavior to staff ....don't given service charge WORST MANAGEMENT..ONE OF THE VERY BAD AND WORST HOTEL FROM PUNE🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎
