Been there for the first time in August, its a great place with great ambience. Liked the food too. Couldn't take the photos. But overall i will rate it 4/5, as availability was an issue that day for few food and drink items. Quality and taste wise it is 5/5.

Had a horrible experience at this place. It was DJ night but no bollywood songs were played. Food came after 1.45 hr of waiting. Won't recommend it for saturday party place.

Thikana before was a very good place to hangout with your friends on weekends.. we were frequent visitors of Thikana... Even the management over there was very friendly and calm( Mr. Naushad- Ex Manger was a soft spoken person).. But now Thikana has become worst place to visit... 1. They are not sure if what they are serving - We had ordered for Cheesy potato starter which was most delicious starter over there, bit in turn they serve us something related to cheese with no potatoes saying that our menu has changed... When we asked them the reason doe not informing us before taking order they reply that it is mentioned non social networking sites.. So now THIKANA expects customers to visit these sites to check their menu card.. 2. Service was extremely slow and rude - We had to wait for 30 minutes for them to serve WATER inspite of asking them multiple times. 3. There was on couple sitting next to our table were PURE VEGETARIANS and by mistake THIKANA served them CHICKEN and they ate a bite from it, later even they fought with management... How can anyone do such mistakes.. 4. We had called manger of Thikana to share our concerns.. MR..VINOD (manager) came to our table, didn't even listen our concerns and just vanished in 2 minutes , rudely replying " PAY THE BILL" I would recommend THIKANA to teach your below team members few manners, etiquettes VINOD ( MANAGER) Saurabh ( Manager) Ganesh (Service boy)

Great place to have a drink with friends on weekends to relax .. Our Captain umesh did a great job..nice foood would loveee to come backkkkk again.......

They are here only to cut your pocket. I am not happy with their service. I had ordered a packet of goldflake lights and they fooled me by giving the small packet of goldflake switch. Not happy with the waiter khemraj who served me and they all were supporting each other and said that they won't change it or replace it. 😔Sad would recommend all not to visit this place instead go to highstreets
