Staff can't even arrange a extra single chair when there is no crowd. Worst hospitality as staff cannot arrange an alternate table for you. If you ask staff to switch on the lights but they will still ask you to sit in the dark as the theme is more important than customer's satisfaction. And after all this crap if you wish to leave, the staff is least willing to cater you once again.

For starters, this club has amazing interiors and it is super classy. Food is a 5/5 and really innovative. Drinks are a 4/5 as they were way too strong for me. The only thing which they need to manage is the crowd profile. It is very important for a place to have a certain type of crowd and the day I visited , it was clearly insanity as there were all type of people dancing like maniacs and I heard a few of them abusing too!! So pls pay attention guys on the decorum!

One of the enjoyed nightlife in Pune.Good music and dance floor as well.Food is also average.Should improve food quality.Anyway everyone should once visit this place.

We went there for my sister’s birthday yesterday night and booked a table. In the span of 40 mins, we found *3 cockroaches* in our food. One in the pizza, other in the fries and 3rd in the pepper tray on the table. We let it go after the 1st cockroach but later when we found the other 2, we called the manager to talk to him and tell him this is not at all acceptable! However instead of being guilty or anything, he told us, “I know it is there and we can replace the food for you, I can’t do anything, YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND”. Seriously!? We’re supposed to UNDERSTAND that they might serve us cockroaches along with the food! However, as it was a celebration for us, we did not want to create a scene by arguing with them for something they clearly don’t understand and are not apologetic for, we let it go. But this is not at all acceptable!!! HORRIBLE service and no hospitality!

I had a very bad experience here. I visited this place with my friends and one girl among us was teased by a Foreigner. We complained about it but no action was taken. Rather one of the guys with us was asked to leave coz he said he will go to police. I'm never going to visit this place ever again. Also won't recommend any girl in contact to visit it. I make it a point that none of my corporate parties are ever planned here.
