This place and others included in the Faasos app include a plethora of ice cream options but don’t deliver except mango. I expect them to put the ice creams they don’t have in “out of stock” category This is highly disappointing. The quantity is not as suggested as well.

I ordered the red velvet cake with butter cream frosting for my colleague b’day, but the cake was completely frozen. My colleague was not even to cut the cake properly. It was my worst experience with the cake. They also forgot to write a birthday message on the cake. Overall it was the total disaster.

The most pathetic place. Placed an order on Swiggy, they accepted it and when we called to check on the status of the delivery they say Plum cake not available.(after about 30 min) The guy has no basic manners and just bluntly said cancel it we can't do any thing Guys seriously this attitude will not get you any where.

The new York style cheese cake I ordered was stale... It seemed it was in the freezer and heated a bit before sending.. half the cake was cool and the rest was frozen (almost icy) inside!

Reading a lot of good reviews I decided to order from this place today. I placed an order for cheesecake. What I received was literally a block of frozen cheesecake. I couldn't even cut it with a knife. It was icy and I could barely even get through half of the slice. I really hope you guys can improve on this
