So far this is the only Starbucks which has nitro brew coffee in pune. The Ambience is normal like every other Starbucks, but the presence of all the brewing method kits like siphon, chemex makes this place look soo amazing. Most of the times the crowd here is far better than other Starbucks places cuz the mall is famous and very posh! Now let's talk about their coffee,,,, Many who come to Starbucks are unaware of the fact, that you can return your coffee and ask to make another one just if your coffee isn't right! Nitro brew - Nitro brew is a cold brew coffee infused with nitrogen which cools it and out comes amazing rich, creamy and slightly thicker coffee than normal cold brew. Starbucks used Kenya for cold brew and my personal favorite is vanilla cream. It goes somewhere between 300-400 depending on size but trust me it is worth it! Just don't add vanilla cream immediately nor have it added beforehand. See the beautiful cascades falling while the crema comes on top! Not good experience 1. There wasn't any latte art on the coffee until we specifically asked for it. So it looked really bad of u see the 3rd pic of tray with our drinks in it. 2. Cup had a really foul smell as you get if wet cups are kept one over the other with zero air or when dirty cloth is used to clean the vessel. Not sure what was it , but surely it was peculiar 3. The usual Starbucks courtesy was missing.

This place has both indoor and outdoor seating. Service is good. Staff is friendly. Coffees are great. A nice place to chillout with friends.

One of the best places to hangout and chill with your friends who love to have real brew coffee. Comfortable and cozy seating, soothing ambience. I just ordered the regular cappuccino I love (nothing fancy) so I would recommend just that. Would love to try more on my subsequent visits. Overall a great experience. Recommended for: Hangouts, A nice place to sip coffee post your shopping/movie at the Pavillion. 😁

I WENT HERE TO HAVE A FRAPPUCCINO AND MY FAVOURITE IS JAVA CHIP . THIS BRANCH HAS GREAT AMBIENCE ON THE OUTSIDE TO THEY HAVE MADE HUGE SITTING Arrangements OUTSIDE.AND AT NIGHT ONE CAN FIND PEACE WHILE HAVING COFFEE
