Food is fine but service sucks, Color change between the rings in below image is not a print its stain, when I asked the manager to change the plates he said “ its stain and it wont go so its ok” I don’t understand what kind of an answer is this, he definitely changed the plates but just the small ones and went back to his chair looking into his phone. Very Poor hospitality.

A place where you can just walk-in and have your quick snacks time. Being one of the famous chain in Pune, didn't find the place that great but will surely suggest to have pav bhaji and sitafal cream here ,rest all ordered South Indian was little salty.

Shameful that a restaurant serving over 25 years in Pune can't even serve basics like Pav Bhaji in the right manner... It's a disgrace, crowds will always be there, you have only limited capacity and are supposed to serve only the number of seats you have... So people crowding isn't an excuse at all... So we were a group of people had ordered staters, soup, Pizza... Main course including Pav Bhaji etc. The quality of food is horrible and service is beyond shabby forget being prompt which you expect from a place that Charges 140₹ for a Pav Bhaji and some 250₹ for a Pijja not Pizza. The Pav Bhaji refer to pic is watery and not spiced or flavorful at all ... The pavs not a hint of butter no mandatory accompaniment onions lemon etc. Inspite of the wide order the Pav Bhaji was the first to arrive at the table... Soup etc almost twds the end. Disgrace are these restaurants... Which claim legacy! And the freaking prices are an extortion literally.
