Pre-set Menu thali restaurant. one of the the iconic for its interiors in Pune. Was here for a family party. Menu was maharashtrian. Straters & main courses had various things including, Dal bathi, kothimbir Vadi, alu Vadi etc. bhakris were really good. Usual & pithla were also ok ok. Had rasmalai & mug Shira in Sweet section need improvement in. it s quality. otherwise ambience was really nice. (we would have been disturbing it as we were the largest group onside;-) ) overall a good experience.

I had their signature thali, price at INR 415 AI, review as follows: Taste - 4.5/5 Quality - 5/5 Variety - 4/5 Pricing - 4/5 Service - 5/5 The service definitely is impeccable. Even though I visited the restaurant by myself on a holiday at lunch time, I was given a separate table immediately than being asked to share and adjust with other strangers. The food has a decent variety - 2 types of sweet, 2 types of roti, boiled and flavoured rice, 2-3 sabjis, dahi curry, dal, papad, raita, and one mirchi bhaji. Ghee was always offered with rotis, rice, and modak (specially made for Ganesh Chaturthi). Price is on the higher end, but worth it if you want a good experience.

There are a few places in Pune where one gets pure Marathi/Maharashtrian veg thali. Shabree veg is one of the top ones. The copper/पितळ plated plates and bowls get you into a royal meal mood :). Food is not royal, but tasty, homely and has enough variety to satisfy everyone. Tables are specious so the big round plates sit on them comfortably. Staff is very good..they don't bring food very frequently to disturb you but they atr attentive so you don't have to wait much either. All in all, very good experience. On Thursday they serve puran poli which is simply awesome.. try it

Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Price: 3/5 (399 for the thali) Order: thali on dinner (roti, jawar bhakri, bajri bhakri, pithla, aloo capsicum, matki, kadhi, aamti, aloo matar rassa, khaman, mirchi wada, thecha, garlic chutney, pickle, koshimbir, laapsi, fruit custard Hits: pithla, kosimbir, aamti Misses: none - "no introduction needed" place. most people know about the good parts so i will focus more on improvements - most items contains sugar or not too spicy - laapsi is surpise and it's nicely made with jaggery instead of sugar

After so many discussion with office team and based upon reviews we had finalised Shabree for dine out. Much expectations from this place but really disappointed. All Sabjee 's are not hot as well taste wise not up to the mark. They served Shrikhand which also thin. Overall experience is very bad for food. Food 2/5 Ambiance 5/5 Service 4/5
