Ordered chicken briyani online, quantity was large but little sweet in taste. Expected little spicy 🌶. I have also visited this place and ordered two chicken starter, white penne pasta and butterscotch ice cream and was satisfied ☺ with all and a nice place to dine. Good service.

Had a bad experience here on my visit a few days ago. We had an office lunch planned with the client. Problems: 1. We had ordered the list of food in Buffet beforehand so that they can prepare before our arrival and this could make sure quick serving. We still had to wait for 30 mins before it was served. 2. The number of waiters was not sufficient. We were a group of 30 people and there were only 2 waiters present. This was causing them problems to remember special orders or even to bring food to everyone. The near end of table got all the food but the far end did not receive much food. We literally had to pass the dishes among ourselves and distribute the food. We went and told the waiter and in return he started yelling at us. 3. Some of us had made new orders from the menu and those were never brought. Forget about the usual ones. 4. The soups were very watery. Looked like they were cooked in haste. Broccoli cream soup should be creamy and Thupka had soggy noodles. And one order that was repeatedly brought was tandoori chicken tikka. Seriously we were fed up of it. He kept on bringing the same dish for over 10 times. I had ordered Burritos which never came. 5. We asked for paneer tikka in veg gravys. The waiter clearly said,"400 rupye mein paneer nhi milega aapko." What does this mean? I know it was a buffet but is this the way to talk. The review is bad I know. I've seen other reviews and they were good. That's how we were fooled in going there. And we took our client as well which was a big mistake. No doubt the ambiance is nice there but if they can improve their hospitality and service and the quality of food then it would be great.

Sam's terminal has been in my bucket list for long ..Got a tasting invite and visited this place recently... Ambience is quite different and lively as the entire place is divided into train compartments, which I loved the concept. The place is also done with food and book stalls and the walls beautifully decorated with some of the famous documents of Pune. Lot of thought gone through in conceptualizing this ambience. The vegetarian food items that I got to taste and try are :- Starters:- BBQ Cottage Cheese @ Rs.249/- - This was not a great dish as the Paneer was not fresh and well cooked Nachos @ Rs.269 - This was a very delectable dish, yummy nachos topped with baked beans, cheese and tomato salsa The entire mocktail factory which I got to taste was good, though there were lot of added sweets in some of the drinks.. Kiwi lover at Rs.179 - This was the best pick and a very tasty with its that perfect tangy flavour. Strawberry blossom at Rs.179 - Another very sweet drink with all those added additional sweets. Blue hawaiian with blue curacao and coconut milk at Rs.179 - This was again very sweet for my taste buds and giving a very hard sweet flavous which was not very appealing. Butter beer at Rs.199 - Very tasty and would definitely recommend to try. Choco banana at Rs.179 - This had a very bitter chocolate flavour and was a No-No for me Fruit funda at Rs.179 - This was a good mix and combination of fruits and tasted really good. Peached Iced Tead at Rs.179 - This also tasted very basic and good. Main course:- Cheese garlic naan at Rs.99 Butter Naan at Rs.55 Naan at Rs.49 Alfredo Pasta at Rs.289 Veg Rara masala at Rs.259 Beijing noodles at Rs.289 I enjoyed the breads and the Veg Rara masala most. The Chinese Bhel, Beijing noodles was also another really yummy dish. However the alfredo pasta was not appealing to me and felt it was too dry. Desserts:- Triple Ice Cream Sundae at Rs.249 was a super duper hit and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I will definitely recommend improvement of taste for the paneer and pasta dishes. And also suggest that they relook the prices as definitely some dishes are expensive and do not see to have much value of money. The best part of this terminal is the wonderful ambience, very good service and they played such lovely music which we all really enjoyed... Presentation - 4.5/5 Service - 4.5/5 Ambience - 4.5/5 Food Quality - 4/5 Overall rating - 4/5

Sam's Terminal is a Train-themed restaurant located in Baner. As soon as you enter you get that feeling of seating in an express pantry. This restaurant will take you to the places of Pune. The wall has frames of some famous places in Pune gives you a feel of seating in Pune. The ambiance already impressed me as it was simple, clean and unique. This place is a multi-cuisine restaurant serving different varieties to choose some special dishes. I had been here for dinner. I ordered for all time favorite Starters:- >BBQ Cottage Cheese - BBQ sauce Marinated paneer pieces served with green chutney. >Nachos - Nachos is a dish from northern Mexico that consists of tortilla chips covered with cheese or a cheese-based sauce often served as a snack. The tortilla chips here are homemade and uncommon. Their cheese base sauce was delectable. *Recommended* >Beijing noodles - This is like a Chinese bhel. Served cold and Delicious Mocktails:- I had some really amazing mocktails. Totally loved this one. Strawberry Blossom Kiwi lover Fruit funda Blue Hawaiian Choco Banana Peach Iced tea Butter Beer Main course:- >Veg Rara masala - Basic Indian Punjabi Gravy Sabji. It has mix vegetable kofta pieces. It was yummy. Good served with Cheese garlic naan, Butter Naan >Alfredo Pasta - The common White sauce penne pasta with garlic bread. Desserts- Triple Ice Cream Sundae - Three scoops of different flavor ice cream topped with chocolate and fruit pieces. A perfect dessert option after a delectable dinner table. The presentation of the food was quirky. The service was quick. The staff is polite and co-operative. One can also arrange birthday parties or other small functions at this junction.
