Sambar, Baner #WanderDriveEat The aroma of ghee laden plain dosas, incredible red chutney on the inside, crisp and absolutely delicious. Rawa onion dosa, so crisp and caramelly, from the onions. The red onion-tomato chutney, the green coconut chutney and delicious sambar! Dahi Vada to literally cleanse your soul of all it's vexes. Dense and flavourful, but with still a wonderful bite to it. Perfect creamy dahi, unsweet, with just the right amount of spice. Coffee that could wake you up even from the deepest coma. The fragrance, enough to fill your recently cleansed soul full of joy. The black coffee, even better. I love my frothy milky filter coffee, but the quality here is so good, the black tastes even better. Dark, strong, caramelly goodness. Hands down the best coffee in town. No place better to quench your South Indian food cravings. Simple food, done right. Nothing better.

Food tastes good. Dosas were crispy. Sambar is sweet. Butter milk was tasteless. Restaurant is overall dirty. Staff is quite rude. Asked a waiter to get salt and pepper. He just stared at us and went back. We had to go to kitchen and get it. Even they refused to give pepper, don't know why. The owner was continuously shouting on the staff, spoiling environment for all customers. At the end, we asked owner to please give pepper and even he refused. What kind if customer service is this. Will not visit again.

Food is really good .We ordered idli and vadas.Authentic taste but problem is with waiting time.So we avoid to order dosas.

Pathetic south Indian joint. Being a south Indian I can tell you that this not the way dosa vada or chutney taste like.. N the dosa is worst.

The food & pricing is not good enough to average out the poor service - The self serve model requires very good service and token management so that customer feel comfortable. The staff had clearly major issues within them and no one was taking responsibility inside kitchen. The servers outside were also not too keen to work. All this created long wait times and may be lower quality of food as well. - Coming to food, nothing great and not too much to complain. Its udupi style sambar. Manglore buns was not available which I was looking forward to try. Set dosa was not well made and too chewy instead of fluffy.
