Ordered a cake for bday. The cake was not satisfactory. Alot of colour and design was simple still not made properly. Requires significant improvement in quality.

This is for Balewadi branch....adding review here so the baner/ balewadi crowd be aware of it, also no balewadi outlet yet seems to be registered as it is the newest open now...my hubby ordered cake from balelwadi outlet on 7th December on our anniversary...as soon we cut the cake, ate some and removed the anniversary tag, a big hair came along with the tag...immediately contacted the outlet and returned the half cake next morning..verification process still on from outlet end, no output yet...so guys be aware as we invest miney, time and our special day with our health seems to be at stake...hygiene a big concern...attaching bday cake for reference

This place is currently my favorite when it comes to desserts. Chocolate cakes are the best here. Completely crazy about the chocolate truffles.

We had ordered walnut brownie cake. It was very different than the normal chocolate cakes. It was not too sweet, just the way I like. I always prefer ribbons and balloons cake shop over any other cake shop.

Ribbons and ballons is the best place that serves cakes and pastries in Pune. I usually go their for their chocolate brownie which I love the most. Recently I received a parcel from them which had chocolate cake and chocolate modaks. To be true I fell in love with their chocolate modaks , it tasted out of the world. Filling of jaggery and coconut wrapped with rich milk chocolate. That was just amazing. Next was their chocolate cake which was very moist, chocolaty and tasted so rich that I just felt like to have more and more. Cake was fresh and I just loved it. Guys if you have not tasted them yet you are missing on something great.
