Food was ok... But when we asked for non-smoking area... The waiters suggested us table but poeple around started smoking... Thats not at all acceptable....And the management didn't even take any action...

Parking was almost full but after entering the cafe- boom it's empty 😂 Service- no one asked glass of water till we complete our half main course Food- taste is not good- after all you are charging very high n not providing tasty dishes. Overall not worth of money

WORST SERVICE & UNAUTHORISED BILLING Slow service, unavailability of cutlery at table (for everything we had to ask twice), Less quantity & tasteless food. It doesn’t end here. The most terrible part was billing wherein they levied a service charge of 5%. With quality of service we received we politely informed waiter that kindly get service charge excluded from the bill. On this he told you have to pay this as it’s part of bill. To his response we told it’s not mandatory as per government guidelines and requested him to get updated bill from the person at billing counter / manager. After a while another person came at our table addressing himself as a manager and told it’s mandatory to pay service charge and we collect it from all customers. Over here, we politely responded the manager that as per govt. guidelines it’s not mandatory and it’s at customer discretion to pay the service charge. However, he was very adamant to what he said and neglected our request and forced us to pay the service charge. This is not at all expected out from management of the restaurant. We have been to other restaurants as well and they are very clear and open to take service charge only at customer discretion. This is the most horrible experience we had at RAASTA CAFE - BANER. Clearly they are breaching guidelines set by Food & Consumer affairs dept. by following such unfair practice.
