Punjab Grill - The restaurant with lion logo says it all. This is one of the fine dining restaurant with super amazing food. Punjab grill serves the authentic north Indian food in both veg and non-veg. Serving portions are in good quantity. Got both indoor as well as outdoor seating. You can really feel the authentic flavor of north Indian food inside the restaurant. Soothing music, the good place makes this place a must visit. So, I went for dinner and had the following, ***Drinks*** 1. Kesar Pisteywali Lassi – A thick yogurt based drink (Lassi) served in typical kullhad, topped with crushed pista and saffron. #Musthave 2. Pineapple & Coconut Mocktail – A nicely presented drink (non – alcoholic) made from pineapple base and coconut flavor. Mixed with crushed ice, sweet and sour in taste. Decorated with chopped pineapple pieces. You can feel the punch of mint at the last of drink. ***Appetizers*** 1. Bharwan Khumb Peshawari – This is basically a mushroom dish, in which the outer layer is the mushroom cap, stuffed with masala and chopped mushroom. Too tasty and served with chopped veggies and dips. #musthave 2. Dahi ke Kebab – This was something me and I was totally surprised, as the taste was too amazing. The kebab i.e. the outer layer was fried and was stuffed with thick dahi. Decorated with almond. Served with dips and chopped veggies. #Musthave 3. Paneer Tikka Multani – Traditional paneer tikka served with chopped veggies and dip. The dish has 4 big pieces of paneer. The paneer has green chutney stuffing in it. IT was finely cut in pieces. ***Mains*** 1. Methi Masala Paneer – Traditional gravy with a punch of Methi and topped with paneer pieces. A perfectly made paneer Methi masala. You can feel the authentic flavor of north Indian in this dish. 2. Soya Chaamp Masala – Perfectly marinated in yogurt, the best soya champ. The soya was properly baked, medium spicy in taste and the quantity was good. Prepared in orange gravy. 3. Dal Punjab Grill – The amazing dal Makhani which will make you lick your fingers. Urad dal kept overnight, mixed with mustard oil and a punch of cream and tomato. You can get the aroma of pure ghee. A must have 4. Tarkari Kesari Biryani – Long Basmati rice, with an amazing aroma, topped with fried onions. Mixed with chopped veggies and the best biryani I had. 5. Naan – I tried the two types of naan namely – Zafraani Paronthi Naan, Butter Tandoori Naan. Both were amazing and went well with Dal Makhani and Methi Masala Paneer. ***Desserts*** 1. Litchi Ki Tehri – Pieces of litchi mixed in thick milk. Extremely sweet, decorated with finely chopped pista and almond. A must have. 2. Kulfi Falooda – An amazing chilled Falooda with soft vermicelli and Kulfi was in the shape of a flower. The Kulfi was topped with pista and almonds, rest the taste was perfect. #Musthave PS - The rates of the dishes are on the higher side, but trust me the food is worth eating for that price and the quality is fabulous. I really liked the food here and would love to visit this place again Thanks to Punjab Grill for the lovely food and best of luck for the future. #HappyBelly.
