Its in phoenix mall so approachable while shopping. Spacious, good service but their sodex machine never works. This happened twice with me. I guess they should work on this.

The ambiance was super. It looked all trendy and good. The service is damn slow. We had to keep reminding the staff to check on our dish. The Jamuntini was not well made. Consistency issues are there. We ordered the following ~ # Cheese Garlic Bread Stix 4/5 # Veggie Delight Pizza 4/5 # Farmers Pick 3/5 # Jamuntini 2.5/5 Overall, okay experience!

Staff is friendly.. pizzas are awesome but I didn't like the pasta which I ordered i.e., Spanish tomato one, the quantity was very less. The Belgium chocolate shake and Hazelnut cold coffee are very good.

Pizza Hut once used to the premium flavoursome experience , is now leaving us more disappointed than ever.. we ordered chick n salad and Mexican chicken pizza. Both the dishes had to be returned back, sale had only vinegar flavour and nothing else.. pizza had sausage pieces in the name of chicken ! Even though the steward agreed to return the food and re prepare both the dishes but the repeat ones also came out equally bad .. overall a bad experience !

Pizza Hut is apparently a brand and it ought to be good but unfortunately it is really sad to say that the pizza has lost its charm, taste and definitely lacks quality. The base was too thick and extremely oily there were hardly any toppings. I’m sorry to say Pizza Hut but you really need to work on it.
