Ridiculously slow service. Can't imagine a snack outlet specifically for chai takes 20 minutes to give a cup of tea. Please go to some nearest tapri wala who will give you the best chai in 2 minutes.

Very good options for chai, and some nice snacks. Good place to relax within mall. Had some ginger chai, cutting and full also available so one can order as required.

I ordered tea and fruit cake online via ZOMATO and I didn’t liked both. Tea didn’t had proper taste and fruit cake was disappointing. Mr. Pappu plz work on quality.

Well, when you enter this pappu chaiwala thing, you will feel good as the interior of this place is captivating. The real ordeal starts once you place order. You will wait, wait and wait but your simple tea and snack will take 20-25 minutes. About food quality: pathetic is the only word. They give vada pav with size zero..pakoda will feel proud after seeing size of pappua vada pav. Tea is mediocre, nothing to boast about. If you want to kill time and food quality and quantity doesnt matter, then this place is for you!
