Ordered a Red velvet cake and regretted so much. Cake was not soft and hardly had any flavor. Disappointed during cake cutting. Otherwise packing and delivery were done properly.

we got rum balls from them yesterday and later when opened the box to eat, we noticed fungus growing around the rum balls. there's no concrete response even from the management when reported to them. disgusting!

Very small one as comparative to other outlets. They have limited stock. Person on billing desk is not even much friendly or concerned about customers.

Yesterday I bought blue barrey cake and the quality was so pathetic that I started feeling uneasy after eating it. Cake was not fresh though i asked many time if it is fresh or not. Wont visit again.
