Very bad experience. Never visit this place. They sell stale rotten cakes. I suspect they sell locally made cakes on the name of monginis. Staff is not cooperative & behave adamantly. They also don't give proper bill.

Horrible experience. Highly unhygienic place. There were cockroaches all over the food. The salesman was very rude and kept asking us to opt for an expensive cake. Never going back again.

Been here recently, well we reached around 10pm staff guy was busy in Mobile with the staff lady... And seems to less involved with us... Had eggless cake for my friend birthday, as always cake was good. Just hope service gets much better next time Cheers guys

Very poor and pathetic service by this particular branch so far.. I love Monginis Celebrations, cake but this caretaker made me sick. This happened with me for the second time. The Old guy at the counter is very rude and I waited there for my cake almost half an hour and there was no customer in the cake shop and that guy was searching some location via GPS on his phone. I was standing there and asking for the cake but he didn't even let me speak. To all the user, would suggest you to not to visit this particular branch otherwise you will feel humiliated. Also, sandwiches were pathetic !!

I have had extremely bad experience at Monginis Baner Road store. I had told my sister to get proper cash memo, because I know this store over-charges. Even after asking three times, the store did not give proper cash memo. They gave "order memo". They did not even put the date on it. When I complained, the shopkeeper said "Do whatever you want" and "I am sparing you just because you are a woman." They are supposed to give proper cash memo. I have all documentary evidence and record of phone call. The cakes itself are of sub-standard quality. It is not sponge cake. It is completely dry cake layered with "cream" but the "cream" is horrible. They avoid putting date because cakes are not fresh. If you want good cakes go to BreadStory which is also on baner Road, only a little way off from Monginis. Only because they did not have the dark chocolate cake in stock we had to go to Monginis.
