Although I am Sweet Lover, I don't particularly visit Sweet's Shop. But in case of Mamata Sweets, I found their Rasmalai,KalaJamuns, Rasgulla Just perfect as I ate them in our COEP Mess. Rasmalai and Rasgullas were Perfectly Soft and Malai Milk with Rasmalai was thick and smoothie too. Kala jamus were big in size and appropriate Sweet, neither too high nor too low. But the best thing you will find in Mamta Sweets is not sweet but Gujrathi Dhokla.Man it's so soft,Bulky, little Sweet too.It will just Dissolve in your mouth without even Eating.Must Try.

I have never eaten a Dhokla as yummy as they serve in this place. Everything is perfect about this Dhokla. Its soft, fluffy, moisty and tastyy. Samosa is good. And rest of the chat is average. Basically i visit this place just for Dhokla.

I recently happened to be at Mamta Sweets for a quick evening snack decided to try out their Somosa and dhokla. The dhokla are soft and fluffy served with some chutney which was decent. I've also had their Gajar Halwa in the past and happened to like that as well. Worth trying out if you're in the area!

I was in jm road area and very hungry, so stepped into mamta sweets..had samosa..it was good but nothing great..then ordered dhokla which was superb soft fluffy and it tasted very well with lots of green chutney...then wanted to have something sweet as i could see lots of variety in sweets section..finalised on kalakand as its been long time i have not tasted it..so just got 4 pieces of it out of which i gobbled up one then n there..and gonna eat remaining at home..lol..it was super yummy fresh and lovely taste..overall nice experiencw..would definitely try other items there next time..there waa cutlet (not the usual one it was so tempting and very different looking) forgot to click pic 😏..wanted to taste it but as I was already full, didnt get it..next time gonna try it for sure..the shop also has chaat counter..i was tempted to have panipuri but as it was afternoon time, didnt get it as I like to have chaat in the evenings only...price of samosa 15 rs, 1 plate dhokla 25 rs and 100 grams kalakand 50 rs..100 rs me petbhar k nashta ..
