I recently went for dinner to Log House with my friend. The restaurant is small but I liked its overall woody decoration. However that was the end of anything good about the restaurant. We ordered Murgh Massallum, Shahi Kofta and Romali Rotis which were served half hour later. The shafi kofta tasted okay but romali rotis tasted like rubber and were hard to chew too. I did not find murg massallum good either. I sincerely believe that the restaurant needs to raise its quality of food as people can pay more if the food is good.

Even though they take ages to bring the order, till now I used to tolerate this place because it serves good Chicken Doaba. But my last visit scarred my experience with Log house permanently. So, 3 of us went there for lunch and the restaurant was almost full. There was an empty table, just enough for 2 people to barely fit and an another table for 6 people. Obviously, we decided to sit on a larger table only to be mistreated by the staff. At first, the waiter came and asked us to vacate the table as it is meant for 6 people and not 3. Forget about deceny and request. We exaplined him the scenario and asked him that, if he could get us an another table we would gladly sit on it but the one meant for 2 is just not enough. Well, after getting done with his unkind words the waiter went inside. The Captain came in after few minutes and following the trend, asked us to get up from there and sit uncomfortably on the table meant for 2. He even added his problem about where will he accomodate if a group of 6 people come in. Without further negotiating, we called in for the manager and to my amazement the manager asked us to sit outside rather than sitting inside. Only after much argument he asked us to sit inside, as if we were being offered a favour. I understand the fact that it is a private property and he has the right to admission but being in Food and Beverage industry I think this entire treatment was uncalled for. This was about the ambience. Food: The only thing I preferred having there, was Chicken Doaba. Price: Over-priced as per the quanity and taste Sitting: AC and outside Final Verdict: You can order for home-delievery from here which again will take ages to arrive. Considering the recent state of staff behaviour at Log House, i would not recommend it for Dine-in.

The worst worst worst food i hv ever had.... Planned to have a dine in at log house, bt then looking at the crowd and space, thought to have a take away ... Within half n hour of bringing it home, we had it.. And yuck ! Chewy naan... We ordered plain naan and pudina naam.... Now pudina itself is strong, these ppl added garlic to it...ewww... Ultra strong chewy naan... Chicken dun handi was the main course... Vvv bad quality of chicken, not cooked well,no salt in it... Tasteless and pathetic.... Threw away everything... Please stay away from this place... And eat at your own risk.... P.s. carry a pudin hara with you,if u happen to eat at this place.

I have been ordering from this place for long time. Food is really good. Not really meant for fine dining experience. I love butter chicken here. You have to ask for low oil and they make it that way. Rest many dishes are really tasty. If you are looking for ordering food on phone, this is best place in Baner. Quiet economical too.

No marks for their Hospitality.. They serve food ages after ordering..It took more than half an hour for them to serve us a sizzler..The waiters and the manager taking up the order are not at all courteous..We had specific requirement of ordering a vegetarian cuisine without garlic..Generally restaurants try cooking things as per our requirement but this guy didn't even bother trying..he straightaway told us that you are not entitled to eat outside if you are expecting food without garlic..that was way too rude.. anyway, coming to the food part..Food had lots of unnecessary oil..The Fried Papad's ordered by us were full of oil..they didn't even let the oil soak in a tissue paper..The Paneer Steak Sizzler we ordered was fine except that the rice were undercooked..They served a chinese gravy along with the sizzler which had lots of oil and spices..Dal Khichdi was the only decently prepared dish.
