What's ambience.. Royal experience.. Part of Stone Water Grill.. light shades are way superb.. Mainly famous for their kebabs.. We tried most of the dishes.. all are equally good.. Overall classic experience..

Le Kebabiere which represents the Mughal fine dining arm of Stone Water Grill is a charming little place within the same premises. Tried d Murg Chapli Kebab and the Pathar Ka Gosht for appetisers. Both of them were great although the portions were miniscule. On recommendation we tried the Appam Bar next, one with Coorgi Pandi Curry and one with Andhra Chilli Chicken. The Chilli Chicken was too sweet but the Pandi Curry was brilliant. We finished it off with Chicken Dum Biryani which was cooked in Ghee and served as a perfect finish to the meal. Service is smooth albeit Premium Location means Premium Pricing so the bill will be steep but it wouldn't deter me to head there again some time.....

I recently went to this place which is situated inside the premises of Stone water grill. As we entered the restaurant the ambience really struck us! (With blindness) it's so dark and dimly lit. The place was deserted even though being a Sunday night. We had half a dozen waiters tending to us. As they had no customers that evening. We couldn't click and good pictures as the place was too dark. We were given complimentary bland ,shot glass size butter milk before we could commence our food. Along with pakoras. Don't get to happy it was just one bite tiny thing..For each. We had ordered tandoori thecha kebab and murg achari kebab. It was just yummy. ..For main course we ordered murg kalimiri and rotis followed by murg hyderabadi Biryani. The food was delicious. But quantity could be served more. We were also given complimentary paan at the end. The finger bowls were massive bronze bowls with rose petals in them making you feel like royalty. I rate this place only for its food and service. Ambience is a big let down. And not to forget we were charged 10% service tax apart from the 28% Gst.

The beautiful quote”All happens for the good” is a perfect fit for this newly relaunched restaurant”Le Kebabiere”. From Kebabs to those hot stuffed aloo kulchas or from those sumptuous bacon balls to smooth coconut ice cream Chef Shailendra has taken care of the whole menu delicately leaving this place as an absolute delight for both veg & non-veg food lovers. Each country, state, district & community has it’s own cuisine & cooking techniques tried, tested & passed onto generations, here at “Le Kebabiere” Chef Shailendra has done the same by bringing every taste & flavor served in a fine dine way. Being away from my hometown "Lucknow" also known as the "City of Nawabs & Kebabs" i was surely missing those daily street style cooked kebabs. I was invited for the relaunch menu tasting few days back & was left amazed, be it the traditional wooden diner setup or the soothing music to please your soul , everything turned out to be just perfect. I will let some of my clicks to tell you the further story:- The traditional table setup  With those orangish marigold, classic pyramid napkin fold, dim lighting and a centrally placed candle inside a lotus shaped candle holder the setup was totally giving a open hearted traditional welcome. Welcome me drinks!! The welcome drinks were served in a triple combo set which included Thandai, Shikanji, Anaarkali. The drinks were enough to give an idea of how delicious the rest of the meal will be.  Amuse Bouche Daal Vada with Buttermilk(chaas) was as part of Amuse Bouche which was served on a beautifully dressed plate garnished with coriander chutney pull, dry Puneri Masala & some chopped coriander leaves.  Malai Paneer Seekh Kebab Tandoor grilled cottage cheese flavoured with mace(javitri) was very delicate & went very well with other starters. The pepper & smoky tandoor taste were a plus a point with the starter. Tandoori Mushroom Tandoor grilled button mushrooms stuffed with pickled spices & minted vegetables was surely a vegetarian delicacy on the menu.  Subz Tokri Kurkuri Here's is the thing which will surely bring me back here again, the "Subz Tokri Biryani" as by the name says it had crispy fried vegetables(okra, zucchini, baby corn, yellow squash) rested on an appam bed.  Malai Paneer Seekh Kebab Chenna yogurt kebab prepared with broccoli & flavoured with mace, pepper & cardamon was one of the most delicate starters.  Aloo Kulcha tuffed Aloo kulcha with mayonnaise dip & gravies ensured there was no space left in my stomach.  Dahi Bhalle Ki Kulfi Never saw this fusion before but was one of my best things i had that night. Chef Sahilendra was himself there to explain about his signature dish which was a unique fusion of our daily life street food. A chatpata chaat served with a frozen kulfi was the ultimate lip smacking combination for me.  Shahi Tukda The Shaahi tukda was crisp bread & loaded with saffron flavoured milk sprinkled with dry fruits.  Tender Coconut Ice cream The end to the dinner was on the sweetest note with some coconut ice cream.  Must recommend for all veg-non-veg lovers, specially for those who love desi food the fine dine way.  A big shoutout to Mr Nitish Kamdar a special thanks to Chef Shailendra & team for being such a great host.
