Tried out these kwality walls swirls at Phoenix. Both the swirls ; one with dryfruit and another with fruits where tasting good. But would suggest you try the dryfruit one for sure.

At the time I used to visit this place, they gave huge quantity of ice-creams. The presentation was made attractive with fresh fruits & nuts. Yes quality wise ice-creams didn't carry the same taste as the other packed Kwality ice-creams do. The taste was pale as if the real ones have been used only 60% in the sundaes. The staff was careless.

We went to Phoenix mall post our lunch today to have ice cream.. we thought of trying kwality swirl, as we have heard a lot about magnum, we decided to give it a try. We ordered magnum swirl (classic), Chocolate ice cream, butterscotch and tuti fruti. Ice cream is just average as there is nothing new or fresh about the taste. Magnum swirl was a big disappointment as it was too sweet and too much over loaded with choco chips. Price z bit on the heavier side, no value for money!

Worst ice cream parlour. I had not tasted this bad hot chocolate fudge. They give only cake (which is also not fresh) and a little scoop of ice-cream and they charged extra for nuts and chocolate chips. Total waste of money.

I ate chocolate covered cone purchased from here. Cone was crispy but the ice cream was not same as the picture shown on their menu card. Also when I asked about the bill , cashier said there is some problem at their end. After insisting, I got the bill. They should give the bill to customers without being asked.
