'Kitsch', as the name suggests has some beautiful garnishment. An excellent visual treat but also doesn't disappoint with the taste. Ambiance is extraordinary and the service is very welcoming. Always served by Govind, an extremely professional and at the same time a friendly gentleman who provides excellent suggestions of delicious food. Always keep coming back here because of this amazing treatment, keep it up. Strongly recommended for a lovely evening out.

Visited for a quiet dinner, and really impressed. My first visit to the O Hotel, generally we choose the Taj, but just needed the change. Ordered a Roast Chicken and Thai Red Curry in main course and a Tiramisu for dessert. The roast chicken was spot on. Soft tender juicy just as it should be. Served with a very delicious mushroom sauce on the side and some veges. The Thai Red Curry was perfectly spiced. Nice texture to it, loads of lemon grass, very flavourful. Tiramisu was so so. Should have been soft and creamy, and the cake part moist with Rum. This was more like a 50 rupee monginis pastry. Should have gone for the Opera cake instead. Still giving them a five star because of their main course. Service was spot on and service staff was very courteous.

Landed up here randomly for a Sunday lunch. My friend had some 50 percent off coupons we wanted to use. Service was exceptional right from reception to waiting staff. We also appreciated the constant check on what we needed and how we were doing. Food was good, not exceptional . Quality was excellent. Ingredients used were good. No compromise on quality. Portions were ‘fair’ enough. We were not impressed by the pasta but the pizza and Indian food was good. I would highly recommend the dal makhani as it was very well done and had the needed North flavours.

I have organised team dinner here. Staff is really courteous and polite and service is great. Food is extremely good. Live counters are really good. Staff is very active and attentive towards guest.
