I wish I could give it 0 stars but its not possible so whatever. The reason is awful delivery system and even worse management. Not worth your time at all.

The delivered food is not of the same quality as you deliver it at your outlet. I ordered the same burger at the outlet and via delivery and the taste and quality differed alot. Look Into this matter!!!

Ordered food delivery, food was on the way, it started raining and the food got delivered 1 hr later, obviously cold. I asked for fresh food to be delivered or refund, they didn't do any. I understand that nobody can control rains, but they should have been prepared enough for it. They said they deliver, I didn't suggest them to start a delivery service.

I have a request for KFC Pune PLEASE STOP YOUR HOME DELIVERY SYSTEM I have had the worst experience with ANY delivery service Last time i ordered it came after 90 minutes And today I ordered at 1030 pm I got a call asking my address which is registered with KFC which the person on the phone had confirmed at the time of the order, and i was told after 1 HOUR of placing my order that my area is not serviceable I did my order has already been placed and i was told that it will come Then i got a call from someone else saying the same that my address is not serviceable​ When I argued he said he will get back to me Which he never did And then after 2 HOURS of waiting after dodging 30 calls I called from a different number and finally that person picked up and said my order is cancelled Please STOP YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE Your not capable
