Possibly the best place to have fried chicken in India As they have wide number of outlet all over India Talking about food quality i have tried kfc in most of the outlets but their quality was not upto mark difference i found in this outlet was chicken was fresh & juicy But the soft drink they were serving that day lacked in soda service was fast Ac was not working it was hot inside it better you take your order to go.

I had several bad experiences with this franchise of KFC but what happened recently was by far the worst. I had ordered online via KFC app at 9:50pm and was promised delivery by 10:45 pm , i waited till 11pm and then tried calling the customer care , i couldnt reach out to them , since it was late all restaurants were closed me and my spouse killed the hunger with water. I wrote a stern mail and next day got a reply saying they would refund the money, the manager is heartless and he couldn’t understand what i went throught , these ppl are making just because of the demand , and least bothered about ethics , customer handling etc , kindly refrain from online ordering through their app , no one has any accountability

Standard KFC fare. Nothing special. But the staff does not recommended the best options to the customer but suggest options which requires customer to pay more. Have noticed it a couple of times

What a horrible experience I ordered rice chicken bowl yesterday, as soon as I opened the bowl I could sense that the food was not fresh, and after having some I threw it... However the little food I had troubled me at night and had a very bad food poisoning... Will never order from this place.
