I jus visited Karachi as was craving something sweet but the person sitting on the billing counter was so rude that in front of us he started yelling at the counter boy. We were looking at all the sweets across counter and billed Gulab Jamuns. On payment we wanted to buy more Bengali sweets but apparently the poor counter boy got yelled at as he already made the bill and y didn’t he add all in single billing. How was it counter boys fault if we changed our mind to add more?!!! On seeing this kind of bad behavior we felt super bad and walked off with just gulab jamuns. I hate the place where unnecessarily staff is treated badly where as here the staff and people were really friendly and good. Sad affair and won’t go back ever again. Jus 1.5 stars for the helpful friendly staff.

I bought some sev barfi this morning to celebrate an occasion. It turned out to be stale and sour. I'm giving them the 1 coz when I called the lady apologise and offered to replace it. Where is the level of quality of Karachi gone where is the quality check. Why does a customer have to go thru the trouble of going back and getting it replaced. Karachi KP branch you loose my business.

Try the fruit biscuit(cherry one) here and i assure you will come again. The biscuits are so tasty that it forces you to eat one more then one more and it goes on. Try once and you'll know it. Its worth and better than many cookies that other bakeries offer at the same price. #paisavasool

Come across this place while going for durga puja. I Got Confused with karachi biscuits. They have variety of sweets, dry fruits, namkeens and biscuits. As I was looking for biscuits owner suggests me to take Shrewsbury biscuit and trust me it was just awesome. Wil definitely visit this place again for tasting more delicacies.

Seemed like a nice sweet shop. A good variety of sweets, all fresh and good. They have namkeens too of many types. Staff is polite too. Good to visit.
