They dont accept zomato gold . And without gold its not worth

My brother is law has made dinner arrangement for me and my wife on 19th August, 2019 as surprise for birthday of my wife. He paid Rs.5000/- as advance for this arrangement, against which we have consume food of aprox Rs. 2000/-. practically the balance amount of aprox Rs.3000/- should give refund either to me or via bank transfer directly to my brother in law. BUT..... THE WESTIN BEING BIG BRAND, they took 22 days to refund just Rs.3000/- THAT TOO continuous follow up required from 20th August onwards. Very Very bad experience in case of ADVANCE PAYMENT MADE JUST THINK TWICE FOR BOOKING IN ADVANCE IN WESTIN

Superb food. one of the best fine dining restaurant in Pune. Excellent service. We had family dinner at kangan everything was fine, very nice service I can remember his name & the karari roti was really awesome. We visit again

Kangan promised to be a good one. Has good ambience and service. Menu is largely Indian, and a good one at that. Food turned out to be Great food Great service and such a satisfied meal at kangan. A bit of a let down to me. Was not bad, but nothing to write home about.  We had ordered kebabs and some curry and rotis. Have had better.

Ordered a Galauti Kabab, and honestly visited purely for this, but due to a communication error between the service staff, they prepared a Sheekh kabab, looked good so we decided to wait no more and have the Sheekh instead. Honestly I loved it, but my wife hates elaichi and the Sheekh here had a strong elaichi flavour to it, they offered to get us the Galauti too, but it would get too heavy for a dinner so we politely declined. However my wife choose to waste her portion of the Sheekh. The mutton biryani was as good as a biryani can get. A tad bit oily, but that's fine. The mutton was cooked to perfection. I feel the restaurant has to up it's service game. Also there is a night club next door, the ambience is for a nice quiet dinner but the noise from the night club takes away the fine dining feel. Staff talking loudly from one corner to the other was just wrong. I may be wrong, but what you expect is the person taking the order, and the same person passing the order to the chef and the serving. Here one person taking the order, passing it on to another server, eventually the wrong dish landing up on the table. Also the papad served wasnt cooked properly. Coming from a Sindhi, when you eat papad that's not roasted properly, it tends to get stuck quiet stubbornly in all the corners of the mouth. I wish they'd get this right else better not to serve, not even for free. Maybe the service staff were just having a bad day. A family on another table had to walk out after they were kept waiting a longtime for something they had asked for. Or maybe Kangan lost its old mojo. They were kind enough to give us a 10 percent discount on the Sheekh kabab, which was really generous. Maybe they figured we had wasted half the portion 😂.
