i had ordered food from this hotel through Zomato. all went well n we were able to order the food as per our selections. we received our parcel in 30 minutes which was great! being Sunday. everything was good except for the Reshmi Parathas we ordered were not properly cooked. we were not able to eat them at all. Rest of the vegetables (veg tawa & Paneer handi) & veg Matka Biryani was very nice n tasty

I went there because of dineout offer. Ambience is great. Decor seems quite authentic. Lot of efforts put in decorations and ambience. I wish they had put similar or better efforts in food and service. Service is pathetic.. almost non existent. You have to call the server or host so many times. They just forget to come and check back if you need anything else after taking the order. Food is average. Some of the items very really good and some way below average. Been there twice, same experience with food. Also, they cannot manage weekend crowd and mess up big time.

Staff was not attentive...service was poorest....I my self had to ask to serve water. No bowls were given for raita....that too I had to ask.... although food quality was good...bit all these things added bad taste...
