This restaurant located at the most convenient corner of JM Road. It is famous for Paav Bhaaji & South Indian snacks. They also serve a large variety of Chinese, South Indian and finger food. Never had any issues with quality, their Paav Bhaaji is one of the best you will get in Pune, all of their rice preperations are good, Dosa is extremely good. I've been eating at this place for more than 10 years . The only issue for me is that they haven't renovated in all these years. Their ambience is really really boring.

The only good thing is its location. A quiet big place but they havent bothered to spend a small 5*6 sq feet in a toilet. They send u somewhere behind the building in a dirty toilet which seems to be a common building toilet. Inspite of my asking whether its their private toilet or common, they said it was theirs but it was dirty n they dont spend money on cleaning it as much as they spend on glitzing their eating area. Theres a nice hotel which i highly suspect is theirs too but they dont bother sending u to its cleaner decent toilet if its theirs, so speals a lot about their indifferent attitude towards customers. Ordered batata wada which wasnt atall good. Ordered tea but they said they serve only dip tea!! Such a huge kitchen n no fresh tea so cancelled the idea n left. Overall skip it totally, nor was the food good n nor was the experience. Zero star.

Surabhi has been a known place in JM road since many years now. They have a good menu and are reasonably priced and located at a very good spot, with many offices and colleges near by. Jm road is very competitive when it comes to food as there are several restaurants as well as street side food options. Pav bhaji, Masala Pav, Masala dosa and Schezwan rice here are the dishes I would recommend trying.

The food looks delicious. Right? But the thing is it's only looks delicious. There is no taste at all. I came here 2-3 times but i faced same experience. This time I ordered Pav bhaji. But the result is same.
