I had ordered mutton biryani and they served me chicken biryani because the waiter conveyed the wrong order. On top of this the person at the reception says it's our mistake. I still paid for the come which I didn't have. And they had served the quantity of a half biryani. Not happy with the service provided. The restaurant must understand the term customer service as well before they are opening oulets.
