I recently visited the outlet in Baner and the chicken burger that I order was half cooked, the chicken was very chewy, though after telling them about it, I got it replaced. Another instance where I had ordered veg burger combo, it took a lot of time to deliver considering that I was 200 meters away from grill inn. Overall the food is okay-ish and service can be improved.
