They serve one of the best ice creams you would have tasted so far. All their flavours are extremely delicious and each scoop has a story of its own. It tastes the best in the cone as the crunch blends well with the ice cream.

This is another outlet I tried. Very nice flavours are available. We tried tangy orange n chocolate at flavour of month on 1st day of month. This outlet has very good ambience. Try there 11, 14, 19 offers also

I honestly think that their icecreams are unnecessarily expensive and waste of money. The naturals icecream chain is any given day better than gelato! Tried their mango flavour and it sucks! The taxes on an icecream and an extra price for a cone makes this icecream more expensive and with that comes a flavour which is really not upto the mark. The rating is only for facilitating this service in a deserted koregaon park mall or the newly renowating Nitesh hub mall.

I went to Gelato Italiano after a movie at PVR. They have a steal deal wherein on the 1st of every month, they have the flavour of the month for a mere Rs. 15/- The flavor for the day was chocoberry brownie. The ice cream was decent. Although there were a few problems with it. It hadnt freezed properly and it was a bit melted. I could also taste ice in the ice cream. That said, richness from the chocolate was perfect.

Very few products to choose from, say around 17-18. Also the staff is most of the time busy watching videos rather than attending to customers. The neighboring Havmor ice cream kiosk offers a much much wider range of products, almost 70-80 at very pocket friendly rates and much much superior in terms of quality. And yes, the staff there is always happy to serve you and explain their various products
