Review No 462:    This review is based on multiple recent visits to the Frooton tuck shop in the Westend mall.    The only juice counter available in the entire mall does not come cheap as well.    What have we tried?    a. Mango juice: On multiple occasions, the mango juice which was served was good. I preferred to stand in front of the counter and see it prepared so that there is no compromise in what is being served.    b. Ganga Jamuna: The quintessential Orange and Sweet lime combination which worked well on the occasions we tried it.    c. Vitamin C Booster: The price did not justify what was served.    d. Mango Milk Shake: Tried it on one occasion. Strictly average. Could have been better.    Price: Priced higher but then everything in a mall (food court) is on the higher side.    Service: Snobbish on some occasions but completely cold vibes.    Final verdict would be to visit/try out only if all options fail when wanting to quench your thirst whilst in Westend. Ratings on basis the experience thus far at Frooton in Aundh is as follows:    Food: 3/5  Price: 3/5  Service: 2.5/5  Ambience: 3/5 (Keeping this neutral as its a food court setup)  *****************  Overall: 3/5 (rounding off to 3 align the new Zomato rating system).

Pathetic service and when complained that the oranges and muskmelon are stale the attitude of the counter man was madam aisa hi hota hai .Total waste of money and the way complaints are handle is more pathetic ...Will ensure never visit again .
