Socials is famously known as a place where you go for drinks and to experience the nightlife in any city. It’s become as good as a comfort zone with more than 50 outlets all over the country. Wherever you go, you find the Socials to make you feel at home. The interiors are well designed to make you feel at your comfortable best. From tables and chairs to beds and swings, it has everything. FC Road Social is the biggest Social outlet in Pune so far. It has 3-4 different themes all under one roof. But there’s more than what meets the eye. With the emerging breakfast culture in town, Socials has started their very own breakfast spread. Here’s what I tried : •    Pancake Saddlebags : Highest recommendation for everyone who likes bacon!!! The perfect combination of soft pancakes loaded with bacon and sausages, topped with half fried eggs. It has something else – maple syrup on the side. •    Riyaaz’s Breakfast for champions : This falls under the breakfast tray section consisting of Anda Shammi Pao, PBJ ( peanut, butter,jelly sandwich) , a Steak Sandwich, Oreo Milkshake, Irish Coffee along with some bourbon biscuits. Such a killer combination right? The Anda Shammi Pao had an omelette and a shammi kebab stuffed inside a pav. The oreo milkshake had perfectly thick consistency. The only disappointing part in this tray was the Irish Coffee. I have had a lot of Irish Coffee’s, but sadly this one did not define perfection for me. •    Sid’s very Posh Breakfast : This breakfast tray consists of eggs made your way ( I chose the Chef’s special and I recommend the same), grilled tomatoes, hash browns, with bacon and sausages on the side and my favorite sider – baked beans. You have the leverage of choosing your beverage, I chose the English breakfast tea. The hash browns and sausages did not quite surprise me, but I loved the baked beans and the fluffy omelette. The best part was that the omelette was cooked in oodles of butter. •    Dhingra Punjabi Breakfast : Choice of Paratha ( Aloo, Paneer or Gobi) , a bowl of rich chole, samosa , some curd, and the signature Punjabi beverage : Lassi!! I opted for the Aloo Paratha and it literally transported me back to the days when my grandmother used to make aloo parathas for me with lots of butter on it. I personally did not like the samosa as I thought it was a bit dry. The chole served on the side were traditional and authentic. It went extremely well with the paratha. The show stopper for me was the Lassi. I loved it as it was sweet with thick consistency. It was just like the ones you get at the Dhabas. •    Hardy’s Bhai Ishtyle Breakfast : This breakfast tray had something I can survive on : a cutting chai paired with some Parle G biscuits. Amazing, right? The tray also had options to choose from, a bun omelette or kheema ghotala. I tried the kheema ghotala, which was a bit on the salty side, but that was just because of the extra butter added to it. The pav served along with it was spongy and fresh. Highlights : Socials boasts of the fresh in-house brewed coffee , they have a vast menu of craft beers to choose from ( you can try it just in case you breakfast turns into a brunch, or rather, drunch!!) , last but not the least, they serve breakfast from 9 am onwards every single day. After trying out their elaborate breakfast menu, I was convinced that with Socials, it’s definitely not just about the drinks and bar bites. I will definitely visit once again for the amazing spread and hospitality at its best.

Tariya is a star and saving grace. Five stars only for him and ofcourse food was good. However lesser options in food then other outlets. Though overall service was a disaster. Ordered bottle of wine. Wine arrived, food arrived, ate food and still waiting for wine glasses - close to 30 mins w/o exeggerating. And initially they tried serving wine in champagne glasses; it was a terrible attempt. I think there was a acute shortage of wine glasses considering it was a tuesday. Coz one friend joined later and she had white wine in a champagne glass itself. What a pitty. !! Though manager tried doing a service recovery but all in vain. !! There are training issues related to service.

FC Road Socials - The place which has my Heart, its my Go- To place. And the facinating part is they start at 9 am everyday and serve amazing Breakfast.. Musttry - Pancake Saddlebag , Dingra's Punjabi Breakfast & Riyaz's Breakfast of Champions. Fc Road Socials has a pretty decent Breakfast Menu where in they have Basic Breakfast options to their Special Breakfast Trays. I personally loved their Breakfast Trays. Started with, 1. Pancake Saddlebags - Pancakes with Bacon and Chicken Sausage topped with Fried Egg and Maple Syrup. A perfect savory pancakes one can have , the maple syrup compliments the dish alot.. the balance of sweet and piquant. 2. Hardy's Bhai Istyle Breakfast - This one was quit basic but tasty enough, tray including Keema Ghatola or Bum Omelette with Bun Maska , Cutting Chai and Kharri. You can choose any one between kheema and omelette.. I tried Kheema with Bun maska.. absolutely delicious. 3. Dingra's Punjabi Breakfast - This tray is as huge as Punjabi's appetite. It has Paratha ( can choose Alloo , Panner or Gobi ) served with Chole , Punjabi Sambosa , Aam ka Achar , Dahi , Karare Allo and Lassi. And this one is my favorite out here 4.Riyaz's Breakfast of Champions - Super Tasty breakfast tray , has Andda Shammi Pav , Steak Sandwich with Peanut butter Jam , Choice of Milkshake ( we had Oreo Milkshake ) and Irish Coffee. 5 . Layered Chocolate Cake - Layers of Dark Chocolate Mousse , Caramel Mousse , Flourless Chocolate Cake & Nutty Chocolate Mousse with hot Ganache. And we all ended up having their Craft Beers on tap , They serve Kimaya Beers , 2nd Pint, Effingut & Yavasura. . Quality- 5/5 Taste - 4.4/5 Quantity - 4/5 Service - 4/5. Good Going Guys. Cheers.

As mentioned above .. Tariya was way beyond our expectations. Second visit there but he still recognize and anticipate . He is n asset. Thank you Tariya.. Secondly , really disappointed by the service . Ordered for bottle of wine which came without glasses and waited for half an hr for the same . 250 covers and only 40 wine glasses ... good going..
