Amazing place for buffet. Service : Prompt help and service from waiters. Super thumbs up Food: Everything is perfect without any doubt. There is a variety of food options available. Say it, you will get it. Types of cheese, breads, interesting starters, sober options for main course, all the salads, last be never the least, desserts. I find most of the buffet with 100 options of desert but none of them tastes good. They had a decent 8-10 variety and every single one tasted fresh. Ambiance: Table is available for both indoor and outdoor. Prefer outdoor as it's calm and more private. Surely will visit again.

Eighty Eight is currently running the Satvik Maharashtrian food festival on every weekend until the 8th of September. The spread is homestyle without overdoing masalas, yet replete with plenty of side dishes. Chef Parag has executed each item with 100% authenticity and delicious flavours. What I relished the most were the 5 different kinds of chutneys (garlic, flaxseed, karal, green thecha, chilli) that went so well with the curries as well as rice. The beetroot and carrot salads added more color and texture to the spread. The snack items included Kothimbir vadi, Bhajiya and Surar vadi (khandvi). There were several kinds of curries including Aluchi patal bhaji, dry Aloo, Baingan, Usal etc, each with a distinct flavour. Enjoyed all of them. And how can I forget the delicious Shrikhand Puri? Maharashtrian cuisine is incomplete without Masale bhat which went so well with all the curries and chutneys. Ended the meal with a rich mango Barfi. Apart from the Maharashtrian spread, there are plenty of regular items too on the buffet along with Hyatt's legendary dessert spread. The meal is priced at 1300++ and is available on Fri-Sat-Sun ending on the 8th of September.

If you are a person who loves north Indian, should definitely head to this place. They have the open terrace facility also. The staffs here are quite cordial and the food taste is really amazing. If you are looking for a fine dining with your family or even with your partner, this place is a good choice in Pune. This place also has buffet facility

Went for the Buffet last evening...The chicken n fish starters were both good n hence we asked for a repeat... The choice in non veg salads was limited with only 2 cold cuts... The main course options were was limited but probably because they had a Marathi food kinda festival with veg food (a section I did not bother to visit).. The succulent Pork belly made up for the mains...What i gorged on was excellent Chicken Pizzas... made exactly as i had requested.. very thin crust along with Sun dried tomatoes... n the pasta with olives in white sauce... Murugan your pizzas n pasta were so perfect... i need to come back for more. What was the cherry on the cake was the extremely attentive n prompt service by Prakash.
