First dominos accepted my order then after 30-40 min they called me and said that ur area is undeliverable, I was hungry and was not into condition of cancelling my order and search again so I agreed to come halfway to pickup my order, even after that the delivery boy told me that you'll not receive the order next time even if the order gets accepted..... I certainly expect the better customer service from a brand like dominos

One of the best dominos pizza outlets in pune for the quality of food nd ambience. Dilevary guys are poilte and deliver the food in time. Should keep the the same quality of service to maintain competence in the market.

Worst service ever. I have online ordered pizza at 7:15pm today and its 9:15 now and I have still not received it. When I ask them to refund money I am told to contact the outlet manager whom I cant contact as the phone is always engaged. Disgusting service. I wish there was negative stars to give....
