I ordered few items of Dominos through zomato yesterday at 6.54 pm. Delivery was expected at 7.34 pm as per Zomato. After stipulated time, contacted zomato as delivery was not received. Zomato suggested to call Dominos directly as they are not authorised to call dominos. Number of dominos on zomato was wrong! Called Dominos at least 10 times and then I received delivery of food after one and half hours of ordering! Incidentally Dominos outlet from where I ordered was just 500 meters away from my house! Pathetic service by Dominos and Zomato both! Zomato does not take any responsibility of calling them and delivery time as well!

The order took more than an hour .. No support from Zomato as well as they were saying Dominos has their own delivery service and we can’t help but provide their customer care number. It took 4 calls to Dominos customer service to understand the problem. They cut two of my calls. Dominos is going down the drain with their food as well, not sure if it’s only local to the BANER shop. The pizza was not hot, no sauce inside the pizza, and the paneer was not even fresh. I will not be ordering from this place against Ans Zomato if you can’t support your customers with the franchise then please remove it from your listing.

Domino was my preferred. I always ordered from different outlet, but this one in Baner by the time Pizza was delivered it was a way too cold.

Dominos & Zomato both together trying fool their customers here. My Order Story -  I placed order from Aundh to Baner Dominos Store because Zomato App was continuously showing Dominos Baner Store as a default store for my location no matter how many times I tried even after killing the app couple of times. Finally, I placed the order with Baner Dominos Store. Immediately, I got a call from the Baner Dominos Store saying that they wouldnt accept orders from Aundh so they have cancelled it. It would take some time to update on Zomato App. To my surprise the order was in preparing stage for more than 2.5 hrs during this time I called them couple of times and kept saying the same. Suddenly after few hours it changed to order delivered which never received. Now comes the interesting part, I was continuously following upon my order with Zomato Customer Service and every time they were saying that they dont manage Dominos orders. They dont even track their delivery. I dont understand why the hell theyre accepting the orders on behalf of Dominos then. Now Ive been told to follow up with Dominos team on the order which I placed with Zomato and paid their. WOW Will update the rest once I connect with Dominos. Stay Tuned...

The staff is not courteous at all. The cashier after taking the order told us to wait for 30-35 minutes. After 45 minutes when we went to her to enquire, she very rudely told us that you were informed earlier that it would take time. Also the place is not very hygienic. There were some hair pieces stuck over the ketchup bottle. Didn't expect this from Domino's.
