A blissful, soothing, rainy Monday afternoon on 04-July-2016 was when me and my wife paid a visit to the renowned SEASONS MALL at the MAGARPATTA CITY, MAGARPATTA, PUNE. We decided to stop by CRUSH to enjoy some refreshing beverages. We had ordered a fruit juice and I must say that I had quite liked the juice and did enjoy it very much - the juice was quite good in terms of its overall quality and taste. And, so, with that, let's get into my usual detailed style of review of CRUSH. 1. AMBIENCE and CLEANLINESS - Here, my principle focus strictly being only on the restaurant's INSIDE, and not on the outside environment surrounding the restaurant; and the reason for that? Well, very simple - the restaurant's outside environment and surroundings (for example, the seating arrangement outside) is part of the common area which the SEASONS MALL authority looks after and maintains (as an example, the cleaning of the tables, chairs and the surroundings once the customers are finished having their food), and the individual restaurants do not have any role to play in that. The ambience as well as cleanliness inside the restaurant do need heavy and drastic improvement. The inside needs to be maintained in a much, much more appealing, decorative and aesthetic manner and that would provide it with a look and feel which could be a real treat to the eyes. To be very frankly speaking, the date and time that we had paid the restaurant a visit, the inside of the restaurant simply didn't look to be very tidy, neat, clean and hygienic - some serious efforts and thinking need to be put in so that the overall level of cleanliness, neatness and tidiness inside the restaurant goes up by some level. And with an increased level of neatness, tidiness and cleanliness inside the restaurant will the place become more hygienic than it is now. My rating of a 3 out of a total of 5 for the overall AMBIENCE and CLEANLINESS of CRUSH !!! 2. SERVICE - It was a working Monday and hence, being able to place our order super quick was never a problem (significantly fewer number of people flocking the restaurants, as compared to during the weekends and public holidays). Moreover, the fruit juice, which we had placed the order for, was prepared and delivered to us quite fast; that was impressive as well. My rating of a 3.25 out of a total of 5 for the overall level of service which is rendered out at CRUSH !!! 3. STAFF MEMBERS - Very average and you would usually expect that in small, customer self-service outlets as CRUSH; so, that was nothing out of the blue. I had asked one of the staff members if CRUSH was registered with ZOMATO but, unfortunately, he hadn't even heard about anything called ZOMATO. I thought about not getting into any further details and changed the topic altogether !!! 😉 However, I should say here that the staff members were quite decent, polite, gentle, well-mannered, well-behaved, nice guys but there's absolutely no denying the fact that they need to be much, much more polished, smart and professional in their approach, attitude, behavior and outlook. My rating of a 3 out of a total of 5 for the staff members who sweat it out really hard at CRUSH !!! 4. FOOD & BEVERAGES: - As already stated previously, we had ordered a fruit juice (however, right now, I don't remember which one, though). A. TASTE - Nice and solid; we loved it. B. QUALITY - Good; the juice was a real soothing and refreshing one. C. QUANTITY - The quantity was less; no doubt about that. D. PRESENTATION - Quite average, I must say and there's ample opportunity for things to improve here. E. PRICE - The price was definitely on the higher side, considering the very fact that they serve in a smaller quantity. My rating of a 3.25 out of a total of 5 for the food and beverages which get served out at CRUSH !!! So, in totality, I would definitely recommend CRUSH - only for the good quality, refreshing stuffs which people can avail of at the outlet.

Last shop in food court. Lot of options in fruit juices and shakes. We tried chikku milk shake and vanilla milk shake. Taste was good. Service was average.

This place is in the extreme corner of the food court in season's mall and it took me some time to actually notice this hidden outlet. Overall experience was nice, I had a fruit place though they filled my plate with huge chunks of watermelon underneath but they also have added mangoes on request :) fruits displayed looked fresh and they have a selection of exotic fruits as well. I can happily say I liked my plate.

There's a VERY long menu as compared to juices and smoothies. Very healthy, and try to go without sugar, it would taste GREAT!! Glad to be here!!

Quite an extensive menu for fruit juices. One can find juices like dragon fruit, star apple, kala jamun and kiwi also here. Haven't tasted other stuff but juices we tried were fresh and natural unlike some other places which have frozen fruits. Decent place for health conscious people!
