This place is very popular when it's comes to food. It's had branches in other cities also. I have been to it's Kolkata branch and now it was time to visit their Pune branch. Food orderd - chole bhature we asked them to make it spicy but they just puted a lot of green chillies. It wasn't spicy at all. Blue Lagoon it was ok not that great flavor of lime was less.

Pathetic service, cold food being served after waiting for a long time. Onion, pickles served only when asked for. Junior untrained staff. This centre has messed up the flagship chana bhatura too. Tasteless chana. Thoroughly disappointed.

They will illegally charge service charge but they will not provide good service. The steward took the order of a customer who came in after I had taken a seat, made me wait for 10 minutes. I had to finally call him to take the order. The sizzler worth Rs425, actual prize should be Rs200. A small portion of steamed rice, panner sticks with no manchurian coating (they call it paneer chilly sizzler LOL!!!). Seriously.

Somehow this outlet is not up to the level compared to the other Cream Centre outlets. The service is dead slow, the food is mediocre and expensive. I had tried the veg biryani which is their speciality in two of their outlets in Mumbai and then in Phonenix Viman Nagar and was surprised by the difference in taste.  Also with the price that you have for your food, we expect more clean environment. The same person who is picking up stale dishes is at times serving you the food. I believe a sense of hygiene should be maintained.

Well the restaurant looks fancy but the food is nothing special. The starters are very basic and the prices they are served at is way too high. The price that the dishes are tagged at is not doing justice.. any roadside moderate restaurant serves better quality food than cream centre.. Service is ok but food quality is not upto mark.
