We went with friends and it was not a great experience. The food was bit costly but was not worth the taste. We did not like anything be it soup, starter or main course. We went after seeing the 4 star reviews and it was highly disappointing because of that. We even told the staff about the quality of taste. Let's see if they work on it..

Best indian food we had in pune. Everything is soo yummy and the place is so nice as well. People are friendly, help us about all and inform us well

Very bad service . Khala jeera was like cough syrup and kiwi margarita was a sugar syrup and it arrived after starter has finished . They don't even serve quarter plate for main course . And naan which they served was not even cut photo below in link

Copper Chimney- This place located in Viman nagar has got beautiful yet sturdy ambience. We were here for their buffet tasting. Before proceeding let me tell you, it's the first place in Phoenix Market City where you can enjoy spread buffet. Staff- The service was bit slow. One has got quite a few options to choose from spread. You have amazing salads. Salad freaks you need not to worry 😜 . In starters you have 2 starters each in non veg and veg . I have totally loved the starters. The fish fingers were too good and not to oily and the coating was well balanced of spicyness. Mushroom and paneer starter was lipsmackingly amazing. The main course chicken curry was best. We ordered lime juice, but unfortunately mocktails weren't satisfactory. Desserts were good too. Gulabjamuns here has my heart. They were very soft and sweetness was well balanced. Couldn't resist myself by having just one bowl full of gulabjamuns😛. All in all, had great time. Do visit the place and enjoy their awesome delicacies.

I recently visited this fabulous restaurant on the top floor of phoenix market city as they have started their new buffet spread and its the first of its kind in phoenix, they had so much variety that it was really difficult for us to choose from and trust me that's a good headache to have. Ambience:- It's always a treat to visit copper chimney as it's so beautiful that you won't be able to take your eyes off the decor, very well designed and gives a very happy vibe to all the customers. Food:- They had so much variety in the spread in both the veg and non veg section, the food was very fresh and everything was prepared keeping the Indian palate in mind. Quality:- The food was served piping hot to us and everything was absolutely exquisite. Service:- The service was pretty amazing and the serving staff was very understanding and attentive as they were serving all the dishes once we were finished. All the breads and the beverages were served fresh to the table. Hygiene:- The place was really hygienic and the dishes were change after every course. Cost:- The cost of the buffet is very affordable and they have many other offers to add on to their buffet.
