I had stopped writing reviews on Zomato but the burnt cookies sold to me at hefty price made me start writing again. This review is to make people aware about checking the contents of your parcel before you pay for it. We did not check as we could not even think for a moment that a place selling baked goodies & specialty items at such high prices would even keep burnt items on the shelf and would even try to sell them. @700/- a kilo yes its expensive and definitely when you get cookies all burnt from one side and they display the unburnt side of the cookies. I am still amazed at that. Customers like me who have travelled 20 kms to go to Phoenix would definitely not go back to return & thats a plus point for them. And wait their ice-cream was rubbery and definitely old, the guy sitting there was not even bothered to make an eye contact or reply to you properly.

On 14th April, I Visited this place for the first time and Purchased around 3 different types of Cookies. The Cookies was Fresh and Delicious but I personally think the cost was overpriced (700 Rs Per KG). Other things which I Didn't like was the Minimum quantity of purchase. We cannot purchase Cookies less than 250 Gms and Even packaging is very poor. They packed all my cookies in one low-grade paper bag which started leaking oil after 15 mins.  I think they should give a Good packaging if a customer is paying 700 per KG for Cookies and Finally they don't give bill.

We were hungry and didn't wanted to have anything oily fried. And we saw cookieman. We tried several hot cookies. Fall in love with the tatse and variations. We baught oats cookie and had apricot cookie served hot at counter. It cost on higher side for one cookie but believe me worth trying. Overall really nice experience. Lot of people seen taking 500 kg box of cookies from them which they give in plastic container.

I wanted to eat ice cream but wanted to try out  a different one. Being Beside McD I thought to this one a try. We ordered a scoop of Sitafal and Chocolate. Both were good in taste and served properly.Besides this is already famous for cookies. Prices are competitive.

My husband brought chocolates from cookie man for me. Knowing the price , I was shocked!!!! Nothing exquisite about chocolate taste. Even the wrapping of the chocolate is poor. Had tasted their cookies too, no doubt they are very tasty and the aroma you get when you are nearby the outlet....It's just wow. So overall it's a "3"
