Anything can happen over a coffee Nd its true. This outlet is in Phoenix and almost all the time occupied. Best thing is their frappes and now they introduced new foid menu also, which is a boom.

I ordered Cocoa Fantasty. It tasted good and was not infused with unnecessary sweetness. The service was very bad, hence the rating. The waiters kept coming constantly for bill payment even when I was still eating. CCD is a place where you can hangout for sometime but here just in 10 minutes, the constant nagging made me leave the place.

This outlet of Cafe Coffee Day is a lounge type outlet meaning that seating is provided in the open space of the mall and the order is directly taken from the tables and served accordingly. Seating arrangement is quite comfortable with a few normal tables and mostly couches. Tried a cold coffee with chocolate and vanilla flavour (couldn't recall the exact name). It was really nice and had a descent amount of chocolate ice cream. However there were many items that were not available from the menu and that too on a Sunday evening. Service was laggy, the servers were not really interested to check if the customers are ready to give their order or check if the customer is done and wants to pay the bill. Servers had to be called from the open seating area. Waiting time for serving after the order is placed, is also too long. Billing is done fast though. Pricing is typical CCD which I always find to be overpriced. Savory items are not really worth it due to the high pricing. Beverages are still worth the buck yet some of them are overpriced.
