Ordered in from Burger 11 a few days ago. We ordered - 1. Buffmeister - Absolutely amazing, juicy, succulent beef patty topped with cheesy & crispy bacon. What else can one ask for? It was truly heavenly. 2. Fries - I requested plain fries, but was given masala fries. Why? It was such a put off, because I can't digest raw masala. Now, food was amazing, but I was quite shocked when I was told that I had to travel almost half the distance to pick up my order. I live in camp, and they're based in Kalyani Nagar. I was told that they would deliver to Residency Club, but not to Camp. I even offered to pay a delivery charge if they sent the food home, but I was denied. To be honest, if I wanted to get out of my house, why would I order in? The entire purpose was lost. Why would you not tie up with a delivery company like Dial-a-Meal, who not only deliver 24x7, but they also deliver all across the city at a very minimal cost - ALL ACROSS PUNE! I have no issues with the food (baring the masala fries), but I would definitely think twice before ordering thanks to their delivery system. Really really put off by this! Don't claim you're a delivery restaurant when you're technically a pick up restaurant.

Ordered the attached for delivery, at 7.53pm. Order received at 9.17pm after several escalations to Zom. Had already eaten at home since i was very hungry and couldnt wait longer. All restaurant numbers were switched off. No follow up frm them. Dont care attitude. Well. Even when the food arrived it didnt matter. Burger: The burger patty was charred and burnt. Black. This was carefully covered up with excess mayo n sauce despite asking for very less of it in the burg. When it arrived, it was all soggy n wet n messy n drippy. Precisely why id asked for little to none inside. Request not honoured. Besides, abso NOTHING butter-chickeny about it. Brownie: the worst i've ever had. Just terrible. Had to trash. Tasted stale. Chalky crumbly.. not in the good way but bad. Smelly.. like cardboard. Nightmarish. All in all, a s**t experience. Was my first. Def last. No clue how or why they're so well rated!! Terrible. 😓 Might give them *one* more chance. Will visit the cafe once to see how things go there and if they're equally bad. May update. Havent recovered frm last nights nightmare so maybe next week.

Excellent portion size , wonderful taste. I love their burgers and fries. Your missing out on something really food if you haven't tried this. BUT THEY NEED TO SERVE MORE SAUCE (IN RATIO TO THE FOOD ORDERED)

Awesome burgers, could priced little more reasonable. The burger 11 is the sumptuous choice adding the fried egg and your set for a delight, open during the most crucial time of night, makes it a seller

Amazing burgers. What makes it so special is that their patty is fresh and not a frozen one which you get in most psuedo burger joints. Could improve the quality of their buns as they were too chewy.
