Avoid!

Rated 1.0 by Nitin Nair

Ordered and paid online, the order was confirmed. 45 minutes later, I was told that both items were out of stock. The guy on the phone was super polite and offered to replace the items and have it delivered soon. But another 45 minutes later, there's no food delivered. Damn shame! Now how do I get a refund? Should have gone to McDonald's

I M really not sure the reviews you have on your wall is really of customers or someone from your own team. Or rather it could be they never tasted really biryani , especially Lucknow Biriyani. Let me put down my points 1> How may chicken pieces any one can expect in a full biryani bowl ?     Usually its not less than 2 and that directs and shows at least some kind ethics or promptness in a food business          • But I got 1 leg piece and that it was size of my little finger. Its disgusting. You cant just cheat customers that way.      2> Quality of rice was so cheap, it was absolutely not a Basmati rice as it was described in menu.      3> Quality for biryani  - who every said royal taste that this with all that fantasizing literature words , hey bagwan muje utale … Either their taste buds are dead or they never had good food. Never want to have this biryani in my life again. There was no combination of spice and masala and also it was terrible. @ Restaurant - Biryani of India  - seriously guys just by putting on fancy names on your restaurant you wont be a good cook. Always taste your food before you deliver to you customer. Don't simply boost with the royal names and bring the authenticity and heritage of  real biryani. That’s all I can suggest..

In a land, abundant with spices and condiments that makes food pleasurably tasty, one is bound to find a restaurant that claims to be specialists in preparing Biriyanis. For those who don't live on earth and come from another planet, Biryani is pure pleasure food for the soul. It is said that a Biryani has the ability to make one, 'time travel' into the past and bring in the feeling of 'el Royale! The scented rice, the rich condiments, the abundance of spices and copious amounts of meat and veggies makes anyone go weak on their knees. Need to thanks the Persians, Mughals and the Arabs for introducing this dish, into India, thanks to their travel and invasion expeditions starting from the 1500s. #HistoryClassRefined Skipping right to #BiryanisOfIndia, this rice dishes Paradiso, serves Biriyanis from around the country and does a good job at it. Their specialities include the Lucknowi Biriyani (Rice and lentils-based biryani with veggies and meat, served with korma, a spicy accompaniment), the special Malabari pride Biryani (influence of the Arabs, where meat, fried onions, spiced rice, and grated cocunut are blended together for an exciting flavorful burst! Served with raita and coconut oil fried poppadums), the high on spices Kolhapuri Biryani (Extra spicy and not for the faint hearted! Served with spicy and watery gravy) and ofcouse the Nawabi best, i.e., the Hyderabadi Dum Biryani cooked with the 'dum,' to retain the flavorful spices! (Just like the cooks from the Nawab-era did!) The 'Dalcha' needs a special mention here. It's an order only dish, available on select occasions, where rice and thick gravy of either veggies or meat are served separately. Quite heavy on the tummy, however just too good for rice lovers. Served with love, #BiryanisOfIndia, must be given a shot! Eat to your heart's content and experience a royal treat. Let's hope some more Biriyanis from across India and the world are added in the menu soon. Do try the #Kashmir and Special dry fruit #kheers (rice #pudding), the Gajar #Halwa (carrot pudding) and the #caramel #custard for a wholesome experience! Jump into the feaster's bandwagon and enjoy the richness of good food! Cheers to #Yani, with the #biryanis!

I've ordered online from here many times and even though I love the biryanis, their delivery is never on time. It sometimes takes more than 90 minutes for them to deliver an order and by that time, I feel so frustrated and annoyed that I don't even feel like eating anymore. Finally, with a heavy heart, I have stopped ordering from here because of the sub-standard delivery timelines.
