"Barbeque Nation" The restaurant which probably had established the barbeque culture in India for the first time. This place is quite popular amongst the people who love all-you-can-eat kind of restaurants. And why not! This place certainly live to the hype. At one Sunday evening, me and my friend had decided to visit this restaurant. We made a booking under their early bird offer, so we reached here at exact 7 P.M. And once this restaurant opened, it got full almost in no time. Starters: As we'd opted for non veg buffet, we ordered prawns tikka, fish tikka and chicken tikka in starters. All the starters were one of best starters I had till date. And the waiter keeps on bringing more and more starters once you finish your previous batch. There was literally no ending for this. And we also had some starters from veg like Cajun Potato and it was equally good as non veg starters. The tandoori moorg was also very good. Main Course: In main course, we had chicken biryani, Avadhi Moorg Korma and Mutton Korma. All the dishes from main course were very delectable. Especially Avadhi Moorg Korma was the highlight of the main course. Chicken was properly cooked and the gravy was little sweet but it was tasting heavenly. Mutton Korma was fine too. Chaat: There were variety of Chaat items like pani puri, bhel, sev puri, pav bhaji, aaloo tikki chaat etc. I had sev puri and it was quite good. But nothing exceptional. I wanted to try other varieties too, but because of desserts, I didn't. Dessert: Their were so many dessert items like firni, fruit custard, gulab jamun, chocolate cake, cheese cake etc. I like every dessert items but gulab jamun was show stopper one. I never had such delicious gulab jamun. They were hot, just enough sweet and so fresh. And last but not the least, Kulfi. Perfectly sweet. The gulab jamun and kulfi were my most favorite dessert from here. Service: The main 3 highlights of a good restaurant are: ambiance, their food and their service. The service of barbeque nation is undoubtedly one of the best service. Waiters are courteous and they always have a sweet smile on their face. They welcome you with open heart and if you are in confusion what to order, they will also help you in deciding. And the chef also visits your table personally to ask you how's the food. And if you have any special occasion, staff of barbeque nation helps you to make that occasion even more special. Kudos to the team for this good gesture. This place is absolutely must for barbeque lovers. And if you have unlimited non veg cravings, then you must visit the place. They won't disappoint you 🙂
