Aangan Veg Treat Reviews and Ratings - Dhanori, Pune
by Krishna Vyas
This place is some what near to out dwelling. We have been taking indian curry from this place for quite some time now. This the next to reliable option when ur hungry but not ready to cook moods. Haven’t dined there much as we normally take parcel home. My favourite of this place is the Tiranga veg which they serve There paneer tikka masala also is ok Leaving this we have tried their kadai paneer once and pineapple raita We did have a onion Uttapa and manchurian once but that was kinda below average They also serve roomali roti which is kind of prepared live in front of the guest. This place serves better Indian food than the other items they have on the menu When ever I have been here the place has always been pretty crowded and if u going on a weekend there may be a small duration of waiting to get your seats.
Worst Ever handi dum briyani, masala rice would be better than that and the service is more worst.. Masala papad taste is only good. Assistant Manager is very rude. its pure veg but with bad experience.

I have gone at this place for second time. Last time we have gone for breakfast. The food taste here is OK. But the quality of food is pathetic. Oil comes free in this restaurant with food. Ambiance is bad. Staff is OK. Overall go if you have no options and order little less oily things. As per the standards it's costly too.
"Not a bad option for vegetarian meals" It was 3:30pm and we were really hungry when we chanced upon late lunch at Aangan Veg Treat. I usually don't opt for a vegetarian choice, but my in-laws didn't want to try out non-veg. Besides, most of the restaurants were closed for lunch this late in the afternoon so our choices too were quite limited. Ambience is nothing to talk about, not bad but neither is it extravagant. Our waiter was quick to take orders and the food was served without much delay. Good job there! For starters, we ordered a few masala papads. The malasa papads were decent - however I've had better tasting masala papads elsewhere. The sev used was thick (not the usual nylon sev) and the tomatoes and onions could have been more finely diced. For the main course we ordered Aangan Special Veg and Kadai Paneer. Both the vegetables were tasty and well prepared. The quantity was generous and the presentation was decent. Along with the vegetables we ordered rotis and naans. Both the flat breads were made to perfection. Next we requested Dal Makhani to go along with steam rice. It felt like a match made in heaven. Hot steaming rice with Dal Makhani was is a combination we just couldn't resist. By the time we finished our main course, we were ready for desserts. Again our choices were limited since we were late for lunch. Initially, we ordered Matka Kulfi. It was awesome - no complaints there. Then we decided to get a bit more adventurous and ordered Mango Mastani. The Mango Mastani tasted so good that we ordered one more. The taste was refreshing - mango pulp served with mango ice cream in a tall glass and garnished with dry fruits - absolutely delightful. Recommended for vegetarian dishes if you are in Vishrantwadi / Yerawada area of Pune.

Desent place for vegetarians. I ordered panner tikka and Dal kolhapuri. Panner was so so kind of but dal kolhapuri is was too good. Chole bhature is also good. I have been here couple of time it's too crowded and too much waiting at night.
